1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the COCO Auction platform (hereinafter: "Platform"), available at lesbid.com, operated by COCO Auction based in Poland. The Platform enables Polish users to browse and place bids on vehicles available at auctions in the United States (Copart, IAAI).

2. Definitions

  • User – a natural person using the Platform
  • Platform – the COCO Auction website available at lesbid.com
  • Bid – a price offer submitted by the User for a selected vehicle
  • Vehicle – a car or other motor vehicle available at auction
  • Auction – a sale conducted by an auction portal (Copart, IAAI)

3. Account Registration

Using the full functionality of the Platform requires creating an account. The User agrees to provide accurate personal information and to secure access to their account. COCO Auction is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the User's negligence.

4. Service Description

COCO Auction acts as an intermediary between Polish users and US auction portals. Services include:

  • Browsing vehicles available on Copart and IAAI auctions
  • Placing bids on selected vehicles through the Platform
  • Vehicle import cost calculator for Poland
  • Communication with customer support regarding bids

5. Bidding Rules

  • Every submitted bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn once accepted by administration
  • COCO Auction places bids on the User's behalf on auction portals
  • Users may set a maximum bid amount (auto-bid)
  • Auction results depend on the auction portal and are not guaranteed by COCO Auction
  • The User bears all auction fees associated with a winning bid

6. Payment Terms

Upon winning an auction, the User is obligated to make payment within the timeframe specified by the auction portal. Payment includes the winning bid amount and all additional fees (auction fees, transport, customs duty, excise tax, VAT). Payment confirmation is processed by Platform administration.

7. Disclaimers

  • Vehicles are sold "as-is" – COCO Auction does not warrant the mechanical condition of vehicles
  • COCO Auction does not guarantee winning auctions or the accuracy of information provided by auction portals
  • Photos and descriptions originate from auction portals and may not reflect the current state of the vehicle

8. Limitation of Liability

COCO Auction acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by auction portals
  • Mechanical or legal condition of vehicles
  • Delays in transport or customs clearance
  • Losses resulting from the User's investment decisions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphic design, and source code, is the property of COCO Auction and is protected by copyright law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over COCO Auction's registered office.

11. Changes to Terms

COCO Auction reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
