• Bidding data – bids placed, saved vehicles, VIN search history
• Communication data – messages exchanged with customer support
• Technical data – IP address, browser information, session data

• Maintaining user accounts and providing platform services
• Placing bids on behalf of users at US auctions (Copart, IAAI)
• Communicating with users about bids and vehicles
• Ensuring platform security and preventing abuse

5. Data Retention

• Account data – retained while your account is active and up to 30 days after deletion
• Transaction data (bids, payments) – 5 years as required by tax regulations
• Session data – deleted upon logout or session expiry
• Messages – retained while your account is active

To provide auction services, we transfer necessary data to auction platforms in the United States (Copart, IAAI). These transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses.
